Catching all 151, er, 368, er ... a lot: The Pokemon Infodump Party!

It's a game for mobile/the Nintendo switch. I have not played it but the little block pokemon are cute

 

An ftp pokemon game for the switch and smartphone.
totally pkayable free if you dont mind being a bit slower wrt catching pokemon and outfitting your base canp.

 

I got my DS back and I'm back at playing moon and I'd forgotten how much I love this its so cute

 

Okay, this is a neat idea--I hope it sticks around for future games too, because I'm really digging the concept for endgame play especially.

 

But who will be the Magikarp Master?

 

ORIGINS WAS FUCKING WONDERFUL IT SHOWED SUCH AN INCREDIBLE SIDE OF POKEMON SEEING WHAT THE PROTAGONISTS LOOK LIKE TO EVERYONE ELSE AND HOW ABSOLUTELY WILD ALL OF THESE GAMES ACTUALLY WERE. AND THE FIGHT WITH MEWTWO? THAT WAS SOME EXCELLENT SHIT RIGHT THERE.

 

I was really excited for the new Pokemon games but then I heard you can't evolve your Pikachu/Eevee and now I am... not.

 

I guess since it's a callback to Pokemon: Yellow, they wanted to preserve that 'not being able to evolve your starter because you're like Ash' feeling. Still kinda sucks, especially given Eevee's whole evolution shtick.

Yeah, I get it... I guess since it was revamped I was hoping it would see the limitations in evolution of Pokemon yellow as well, a limitation, rather than a feature.

I was really hyped to pamper a Raichu but I don't have especially strong feelings about Pikachu or Eevee on their own so I'm like. Hm.

 

After seeing Ultra Space I am SO excited to see the distortion world's remake.

 

i still need to collect a few starters im missing, and manage to get an actual list of what i have/what im missing for the dex in ultra moon.. i also wanna hunt shinies. ;v; i finished the RR episode after the game already, but there's still so much to collect poke'wise...

 

Hey! Midnight Lycanroc was the first shiny that I didn't chain for in moon!

 

Does anyone else play Pokemon Go? I need 3 unique friends for that one mission, Ripple in Time.
