no one is asking but i’ma provide anyway

• peridot is autistic but given jesse zuke’s comments about her i think that’s just canon? also she has anxiety of some sort (i suspect gad)
• amethyst has bpd and possibly depression, and i saw a really good argument for her having anxiety so that’s my headcanon now too
• pearl has ptsd (canon), autism, anxiety, and depression, and tbh i really like the idea of her having bpd too? less certain of that one but it makes sense. (pearl is Very Fucked Up)
• garnet’s components both have pretty obvious anxiety issues so i think garnet would too. (pool hopping kinda implies as much too imo?)
• lapis canonically has ptsd and depression by word of god, and tbh i suspect she has a personality disorder of some sort? just a Vibe i get.
• steven has ptsd but we all knew that
• connie has severe social anxiety, and tbh i like the idea of her actually being on medication for it now? please crewniverse. give me a character who takes medication for mental health reasons. ;-;
• i have others but i’m stuck on mobile still

Honestly I’ve been looking forward to having a long commute again just so I can get to know more music, and tmbg was at the top of my list mostly thanks to you! Driving lets me pay attention to lyrics in a way that I can’t while doing most other things and TMBG writes lyrics that need a lot of attention. I hope I can find more of their albums on cd soon.

I’m already starting to connect songs to various fictional characters which is what I was looking forward to most about getting into this band :D
