I often find myself seeking uploads of songs without videos when I want to share music. Or sheepishly asking people to please ignore the video. Please don’t ignore this video if you choose to listen to the song. This video is fricken awesome. I was really curious about the dancers. They just don’t move like people who aren’t familiar with each other. They don’t look like people who were cast independently of each other just to fill aesthetic roles. I was wondering if they were a troupe. They are a troupe. They’re a Russian group called Stigma Show. They made their own costumes. All those LEDs, those weren’t something a studio cooked up for the video, which would still be completely awesome. This is even more awesome than "completely". Those costumes are custom made for each dancer by the troupe. It’s part of their show. Here’s their webpage, which I rather like: http://stigmashow.com/ From their self reported statistics I admit I’m a little unclear on whether they’ve only had one disappointed spectator in eight years, or if they’ve had one perennially disappointed spectator who has spent eight years attending their shows, and frankly I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’d guess that it’s probably a very minor language barrier issue, but I revel in the ambiguity. It enhances the sense mystery. Picture me nodding sagely as I hit post.
