Needing slow whompy powerful but also melodic-ish music to soothe brain, and not really in the mood for techno or electronicish thumpies so much. Currently been cycling like four songs all day and looking for more in this general vein.
Current mood: slightly corny indie songs about home, family and love. The first one especially is kind of a recovery song too, so I've been listening to it a LOT.
My friend showed me this song for our current OC OTP and I love it. Most of the songs I've been jamming to have been for them because I am eternal roleplay shipper garbage. And a lot of them are dark because their relationship is as fucked up as it is romantic.
I can't stop listening to Which Witch and Various Storms and Saints, both by by Florence + The Machine. They are both unfortunately not on YouTube (all the videos are fake. Why do people do this) but they're on Spotify!
