I'm currently fixated on a Leonard Cohen song with some ominous implications in it. Spoiler: Short elaboration (Hineni is along the lines of "here I am," as said by Abraham when he brought his son for sacrifice. So "you want it darker? We kill the flame" has a similar sense of deliberately killing that which is good at the divine's command.)
Now rapidly switching between You Want It Darker, Gethesmane from Jesus Christ Superstar, and (Dust Bowl Dance was recently used as the music for a spoilerific Critical Role fanart video featuring events of the Briarwood arc, so this is just 3/3 on some theme of characters / historical persons / etc submitting into terrible arrangements with deities... But at least the third's lyrics taken more literally feature a human taking some manner of successful revenge against another human before submitting to the law of the land, another human construction. I think my subconscious is wrestling with something and needs all the symbolism it can get.)
idk if there's a single other person on here who likes Hermitcraft but I have been jamming to this for the last hour straight
That angery discord icon is certainly the feeling I have when people spam ping. The music itself is a cool theme with the sound effects, the video is flashy enough that I prob won't watch again, and the FLUTE section's graphic was very on the nose.
