Yeah no idea how that effect is achieved.
I believe it's technically a form of Mortadella? But I do not know the particulars of giving sausage cursed faces

 

i think the effect is probably achieved in a similar way that millefiori works, where you shape long skinny rods of different colored glass/clay/unspeakable meats into a cylinder and then the pattern emerges when you slice it. i've done similar with polymer clay.

edit: here's some glass millefiori faces, so it can be done. why do that to food though idk.

 

well i guess if its made of mashed pork then they probably use the same techniques they do to make those fancy loafs of bread
