Bc the search function won't let me search three letter words :/ I know it's been talked about on kintsugi before but I can't find it. Do people have recommendations for dbt workbooks or other resources? I can pay for things if needed, although I might have to wait depending on how expensive they are. I'm also willing to take advice on how to find dbt therapy near me, but I can't remember what my insurance situation is re:deductible or other out of pocket costs right now, and I am a million years exhausted of having therapists be overwhelmed by everything I'm bringing to the table, so I'm not very hopeful going in.
