Damn, I forgot how differently rogues play in II compared to Origins. Not a complaint, it just took me a minute to change strategies.
Was listening to Bastille on youtube. This is now my Cassandra<>Cullen bad ending song. I have feelings, send help.
I think that's the scene after In Your Heart Shall Burn when everyone sing and then you find Skyhold. But, uh, not properly cutscened. D:
yep! after the singing and Solas talking it just.... stopped working. in other news, apparently Alistair's canon height is 6'3", which makes him 1'4" taller than my Surana. I am elated. rejoicing. it's better than all my wildest dreams, even if i used to headcanon him as smol.
Drew my Hawke for OC-october. (plz be kind I am babby artist) Spoiler: babby's first fanarts Mara Hawke, looking happier than she's probably ever felt in her life. Possibly because Anders did something cute and her twin Pyrena is not around. I headcanon that while in the Fade, Mara's magic changes. Rather than needing a staff as a focus, she uses her body to channel the magic. And since she's an ice magic prodigy and spirit healer, she basically becomes a water bender.
@Mercury Sorry to ping you here, but - do you have any idea why there might be this red line on the modded complexions?
@witchknights It's no trouble! And... I have no idea. O_o That's really weird. Check the alpha channel on your diffuse? I've also noticed the most recent versions of the modding tool are not playing nicely with textures, so if you built the file with the .17, .18, or .19 version, try getting the .16 version and rebuilding the complexion with that.
aaaaauuuuurgh, I broke down and bought the GOTY edition and now EA's servers are being walnuts and won't activate it for me. FUCKING DRM :(((((
Seems like rather a lot of people are having the same problem, so I ended up putting in for a refund; we'll see if they're any better about processing that than they are about making their games work. I've never been particularly impressed with Origin, but this is even worse than I was expecting from them. :(
Origin usually hasn't given me any problems. I wonder if they're really getting slammed with the release of the GotY edition? At any rate, I'm sorry it's being so crap right now. :(
I hate the mod maker. I HATE it. I spent a good amount of time doing this hair mod to see how it goes: Aaand it simply won't show up when importing. I fiddled with all the settings I could until I just exported a random hair and imported it back, not changing ANYTHING, and... it didn't show up. So the problem is with the mod maker and i'm Angry. >(
I noticed the most recent version of the Mod Maker has been acting weird for textures - maybe it isn't getting along with meshes, either? I had to get the 1.1.0.16 version to get my texture mods to import right and not result in floating heads. idk, the daitools forums might be a good place to post about it, see if another mesh modder can take a look at it and see if anything pops out at them.
I posted there but no answer so far :/ tried Tumblr too, but the only idea was that i could have messed with the global scale, which I didn't. Where did you get the old version?
Ahh, hm. I hope someone gets back to you soon! I wish I could help, but if it's not sims meshes I'm clueless. I found it on the forum - second post of the Latest Version Announcement of the Mod Maker. It can't load DLC items like the most recent version can, but it can build working packages with my texture files, and that's what I really care about.
http://sanshee.com/collections/dragon-age/products/grey-warden-scarf I broke down and bought a Warden Scarf at the last con I went to and it is amazingly soft and warm for acrylic yarn (which I usually hate) Also that site has some cute stuff. The Mabari plush is ADORABLE.
