I use a wrist brace that pretty much immobilizes it. Can't do much while wearing it, but it really helps the pain.

I cropped a lot of the right side out because I just kinda went ham doing the background without stopping to check perspective and shit but oh well

@Valerian I love the way you do facial features! not necessarily expressions (although those are good too) but, idk, the way you draw eyes and noses and mouths. what a lovely and versatile style you have! please keep drawing. :3
