Finally something finished to show off :D I've been drawing an Eridan in a dress every month since April, and here's this month's one.

It's not homestuck so I'm c-c-c-combo breaking, but tonight I did some gift art as an extra for a commisioner who has been very patient with me during this busy time of lying on my back and staring at the ceiling, and I had fun drawing it so I wanted to share.

I'm... reALLY shy about doing things like posting art directly in a thread type thing instead of just submitting it to dA or Tumblr and waiting for people to maybe notice on their own kdsahf

I was in a six-month-long Pageant-themed tournament/contest over on dA, and entered my fantroll in it, and long story short that lead to the creation of one of the art pieces I'm most proud of ahahaha

The theme was "Summer" so, since Trolls can't be outside in the sun, I had to work with another aspect of summer--so here's my lil moletroll Crista being kept awake all day by the heat :'DD
The poster on the wall was a birthday present my moirail drew a couple years ago, and the trollian screen on the tablet was got off of google, but I drew everything else myself and it was the first time I had really tried doing anything this big/detailed with a background because inanimate objects are the bane of my existence but I'm REALLY HAPPY WITH HOW IT TURNED OUT aaaaaaaaah

So I broke my tablet pen by falling on it
that was fun
but i am persisting through this by painting with my mouse very very slowly because he's worth it

 

*wheezes, falls onto knees* new tablet pen won't arrive until the 6th
doin' my best with the mouse but goddamn it's slow going.
