I got challenged to start working on more realistic facial structures, and I have so far kind of done an art level up to meet that challenge, and decided heck let's do a whole series of closeups. It's been a week since I posted so ... here's what I've worked on aside from a couple of WIPs (and the Maria page, of course). Spoiler: Kalla and Arrim Star Wars OCs, who have names now! I referenced allllll the Arkanian character pages on Wookiepedia to come up with sound/letter combinations (I have a two page nerd file of information gleaned from 17 character names), but their names are actually a reference to the calla/arum lily because lilies are white and their hair is white(ish, in Kalla's case) and I'm a big fan of calling a spade a spade. I've been fleshing out how I want to try drawing the Hasbro Marketing Scheme, and I think I'm starting to edge towards what I want? Both WIPs, one that might end up being a lineart and one that's just a sloppy paint over the sketch. Spoiler: I APPARENTLY WORK IN MASSIVE SIZES
