they're actually pretty simple. i just did a very basic sketch and blocked the colors in instead of lining it

Day two! Your AU. Problem- I've got a lot of them. So for the biggest piece I did my all time favorite AU of mine, and then sketchier versions of the other major ones that came to mind. Spoiler: The messier other three
so i made this today. all of it. my animation friends like giving short deadlines and causing suffering @.@
I never posted my progress pictures of the painting I did more of it today, so what a good time to post everything i have so far first day i spent like, 8 hours painting today was like, 3-4 Spoiler: First day Spoiler: today I have the two trees at the back to do, the lilac bushes in front of the playstructure to do, and the left foreground tree + roof of garage. also the potted plants on the patio. that seems like so much more when I write it out, but I have like four days to do stuff.

Spoiler: More WIP I got the lineart finished and then didn't have time to work on this for like, a week, and then yestreday I put some flats down, tried to start shading and gave up half an hour in. It's coming along nicely now but I have no idea what I'm doing.

JohnDave week day 4 was Hurt/Comfort. I was having trouble drawing so I wound up drawing this before managing the finished thing under the spoiler. Spoiler I imagine Dave’s prone to long bouts of insomnia with vivid night terrors. When he’s gone without sleep to the point of konking out during the day for brief periods of time, John usually comes in and holds him tight till he manages to sleep at least a bit. It’s still hard, John’s not able to stay awake that long. But being held helps. It usually manages to break the pattern enough for him to get at least a functional pattern going before it strikes again.
