So cT has to bow out because she doesn't have enough time for this RP anymore.
What this means is that we won't ahve watermelon Tourmaline anymore.
She'll be called away on an emergency mission and will part ways with out little rebel group. This means, for planning purposes, that we only have Labradorite's ship to escape in and run the three heists with.
Get ready for cabin fever, gems.

 

Do you know if cT is planning to make a post to that effect with Tourmaline? Or should we narrate that in?

I'm gonna handwave that the poofed gems (Red Topaz, Onyx ... were there others?) are currently in the care of Hematite.

I made a Google Doc with a bunch of associations for various gems that we might find interesting

some highlights
Citrine: said to open the mind to new thoughts and balance impatience and restlessness
Hematite: primarily used for alleviating blood-related disorders, especially when combined with the powers of bloodstone [Kay's note: Bloodstone/Hematite fusion plz kthx]
Jasper: associated with relaxation, contentment, compassion, nurturing and consolation; said to relieve mental stress and help to achieve balance in life.
Topaz: thought to calm a bad temper and give strength.

so im thinking, melo said costumes, since costumes dont disappear when you get unfocused like gem illusions do and did earlier, so she will probably come out of the quarters with a folder (harddrive?) of info and a pile of costumes to work with for the missions. fake gems, different clothes, wigs, paint, accessories, etc, everything to make you look decently unrecognizable. although of course people can be revealed when we start running around and stuff falls off

(unless people dont like the costume idea. then we can scrap it. no matter to me. (i totally didnt think of pearls playing dress up for a second whatareyoutalkingabout))
