anywho, Rose Pearl is going to split-second get the idea of 'I will be part of this fusion' and then just fucking book it into the fusion

 

also: question!
would anyone mind particularly if Rose kind of....accidentally/sort of on purpose ish poofed her owner while part of the fusion? just sorta. grabs hold of one of the arms of the fusion, picks up Almandine, and poofs her. and then everyone is in danger :D

I got a strong "okay yes, that was very impressive and awe-inspiring, now we gotta follow up by doing our job just as well, everybody keep your head and breathe, we got this", which I think is an A-plus segue from Big Important Speech By Scary Authority Figure. Way to bring it back to the little people :D

I shall use Rose to poof Almandine. and then everyone is going to be like "the Pearls poofed a high-ranking Gem!! THEY MUST BE BROKEN" and it will be GREAT :D

@KarrinBlue here is a thought: Almandine is perhaps quite close, location-wise, to Red Topaz. (I think they are similarly high-class? I could be wrong) I could do a little post detailing this - I am presuming Pinfire would be nearby - and then when Giga-Pearl poofs Almandine, Pinfire would be ready to roll. Thoughts?

Rose Pearl ends up at Pinfire's feet, terrified and cowering, fully expecting Pinfire to crush her - maybe begs for mercy? Or maybe just bows her little trembling head and accepts her fate?

 

Rose Pearl would be like "oh fuck oh shit oh fuck oh shit I POOFED MY OWNER THEY'RE GOING TO KILL ME OH GOD" and just kind of wait to be crushed.
