k cool! i will start writing the thing then. HOWEVER i'm about to leave for the weekend and i'm not at all sure what my internet situation is going to be after 4pm Central tomorrow, until roughly the same time on Monday. :/ I might have internet for a while on Friday night and Saturday afternoon, maybe Monday, but all of Friday and all of Sunday I'll be away.

maybe we are in an asteroid belt thing rn, and they are stable, but if we left the ship on autopilot it wouldnt do well, so grey is busy flying?

k, I posted. if you guys think it is too detailed, I can cut some of it out - I tried to leave it vague enough that we could play it later if we wanted to, but also detailed enough that we wouldn't end up with seriously conflicting headcanons ... I hunted back in the thread to see what we had decided on the plan of action, and just souped it up a bit.
