history of Pearls - early rebellion? early models? what might be hidden in the library at the rebel base - blueprints? recordings? i'm imagining finding a log of the creation of the first Pearl, and maybe some 'autopsy reports' on early 'failures' ... - we could get into some of Baroque's story here too

delve into sketchy history of earth rebellion? dunno if we wanna touch this because of potential canon

FAILURE failure everywhere - this is not specific - thinking about Hematite(s), Citrine re: duty etc, Gold of course ... anybody who's got some old and/or new drama to deal with - maybe a fusion fails? maybe one of the older rebel Gems comes along and kinda side-eyes them for being so gung-ho about fusing? i'm sure rebels are not homogeneous in their acceptance of fusion, especially heterogeneous fusion ...



happy things

dancing lessons woo - could also have some failure in here, lots of room for being super self-conscious - but also new styles of dancing! bet you there's loads of interesting stuff in the library about this, or maybe other rebel Gems from far away

discovering new talents/abilities - weapon summoning, tech aptitude, etc etc - character development essentially

roommate interactions - again could go for h/c, straight drama, or fluff

space travel - SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE do I need to say more
