Yup, that works for me. Hope my latest post was okay - is everyone cool with Citrine hammerspacing Topaz until we decided what to do with her? (I can't remember if it's canon or not that they can hide stuff in their gems - I mean I know Lion is a thing but...)

 

Pearl can (she hid Lapis' mirror in there) but I don't think we see any evidence one way or the other for other gems.

 

so, official thing: starting next Monday and going until next Friday, I will not be available for 8 hours out of the day, 10 to 6. I'll likely be on a bit in the morning and some at night, but I might fall behind in the RP some.

Hematite may have some issues. Wrist Gem is definitely going to try for a 'I'll hold them back, go on without me!' at some point. Heads or tails as to whether she succeeds ^^;;;

Also I was thinking Head Gem + Rose = Iron Rose Hematite. I am the most terrible shipper, it is me XD

So how are we going to co-ordinate the witnessing of the executions? And I'd forgotten, are we actually getting Blue out or not? (I need to sleep pretty soon, so I thought I might as well ask before I miss it XDD)

Blue isn't being rescued by us, but her execution is being faked, I think/

 

The plan is thatwe watch doubles/clones of Lavender, Rose and Blue be crushed and leave, traumatized as we could't rescue them (Our Gems not knowing that the Blue was a clone/double, thus feeling immensely guilty but motivated to keep trying to rescue Pearls, etc)
But we can maybe at some point still run across Blue Pearl since she might have run away in between.

If Blue's not rescued, why would her death be faked?

 

Because we're all cowards Because I think we were hoping to maybe summon her as a teammate later in the game? idk

 

I'd assumed she'd ended up escaping on her own, and we would run into her later.

 

I get why we'd want her to live, I'm just not sure how from an in-universe POV it would happen. And if she escapes without any help at all, it kind of makes Homeworld seem a lot less threatening? idk, I don't even go here yet, it just struck me.
