My mom apparently went on jury duty when pregnant with me. She was voted foreman and got everything done very efficiently cause she wanted to go home.

I've been getting some weird spam mail purporting to be from Facebook about how my unread messages are going to be deleted. The subject lines are mostly plausible, except they'll have some random noun tacked on at the end. "Your messages will be deleted soon thirst" "Your 2 unread messages will be deleted soon camouflages" I find this funny, personally, but I was wondering if anyone knew what's up with the random words. Does it help it get through filters or something?

it's amazing how two different obstacle course game shows can be different. Guess which one I prefer?

American Ninja Warrior: This is serious stuff. Some of the greatest athletes have graced us with their presence as they attempt to conquer our obstacle course. Be awed by these gods among us. It all culminates in the Warped Wall. You will be inspired.

Wipeout: Yeah you're gonna fall. A lot. You're gonna get zonked by a panel in the wall and land in the mud. They're gonna laugh at you. Everyone's gonna laugh. We have a guy from ESPN, he's gonna be the straight man. The signature obstacle is a joke about testicles.

Theyre both great too, its super entertaining to see essentially the same show technically be so drastically different solely because the announcers approach it with a different energy

I always listen to the same Dutch radio station in the car on my way home. You can interact by sending electronic messages or texts or audio messages. Normally I don't, because you know, driving.
But then I was stuck on the side of the motorway listening to the radio on my phone. So I sent an electronic message: 'hi! Stuck on the side of the road with car trouble, could you play such and such song'. He didn't play the song , but when the traffic information for 6.30 came there was no traffic information. Except for me: he wished me luck with my car troubles, and so did the guy who reads the traffic information.

And then when I was finally home I sent another electronic message that I was home, and I though he might want to know. And then I was called by one of the underlings who asked me some information and asked me of I wanted to tell my story on the radio and then I was put on hold and talked to the actual radiohost XD

I just now pulled up the broadcast to listen to myself and I sound pretty okay, if a bit fast talking.

And I sound very responsible: 'i should be able to bear the costs because I estimate this much in repairs and I always put money aside for these things every month'

Quick google says they're doublecoated like huskies, so:

A rake like this one is probably your best bet!
Slicker brushes like this will pull a lot of the undercoat shed out too, but Fen hates them, so we've found that the rake actually works best. Long-hair deshedding tools like this one can work too, but you run the risk of potentially damaging their coats and causing more irritation than any other brush. The brand of rake doesn't really matter, we just pick up generic storebrand b/c whatever, but you'll want a pretty bit one if he's a lorge pup like ours.

(You probably already know this but absolutely whatever you do, do not shave them! The furminator is the best way to thin out that undercoat quickly, imo, but Fen won't sit still for that long either.)

Np! We ended up trialing something like seven different brushes before we ended up finding one he could stand, so I know your pain well. :')
