what if i made like, a forum cronus fanventure thingy that was mostly for dicking around and drawing cronus in stupid situations, like is that a good idea or w/e. i dont wanna put in the work if itd just annoy people

Holy shit. I just realized I could make Liadan into a D&D character, a warlock with a fiend connection, and make "shadow" into a imp sort of familiar. Let him be the brain gremlin like I use Flowey. And then I could play out the unhappy paranoid character with the pressures, and make it different and distant enough to laugh at it.

I don't know if I'm the resident heraldry nerd exactly, it's something I've studied a bit but don't actively nerd out on much. There may be others nerdier about it than me, here. But I do approve.

Meanwhile, Rickrolling has a longer lasting surprise element possible. More variability? You get videos that start out something else and segue into it, some that trick you by being Sandstorm instead, some that mash it with another song...

The expectation of rickrollling is itself a pretty successful meme. But I've seen very few derivatives of loss.jpg that defy the fundamental rules of the meme. There was one that took a different comic with images that sorta mirror the loss format, and a narrative of a girl ask to borrow a dollar so she could go to the circus, and they called it Gain. Clever, and I liked it. But I haven't seen as much like that.
