They're not implemented yet! I gather they've developed a new system for recoloring genes that's faster and more efficient than before, so more colors became a possibility. They're releasing teasers of the new colors every time they get a certain number of colors finished under the new system.
I looooove flightrising. I recently went on a dragon buying binge and now I have more than I really know what to do with. I'm rafidev on there, and im really big on giving dragons to newbies, so if anyone wants I can give them part of my next litter!
They're all going to be implemented at once. Which will probably make the servers crash, knowing FR. (I linked a spreadsheet a few pages back where I sorted out color positions for the ones we know so far, for assisting your planning needs.)

unrelated festival tip: if you dont have enough festival currency to get extras of stuff, and you happen to have a decent amount of treasure or gems in reserve, it is 100000% worth splurging some treasure to get extras of stuff!!! the big apparel thing is normally around 50kT on the auction house, the smaller apparel is often closer to 30kT, and the familiar can dip as low as 20kT. in a few months it will be worth much much more than that!! its a great return. obv if you have time and inclination to farm for festival currency, godspeed, you'll make even more money that way, but if not it is definitely a good investment. if you are going to spend money on anything in this game its items that will be retired soon because their value will only increase [dragon capitalist tips intensifies] #i just dropped like 200kT on a bunch of the festival shit because i have zero inclination to farm during this festival for whatever reason #i intend to hoard them for a Long Time #thank god im an artist it makes making dragon dolla so much easier
