I have finally gotten the hang of the combat and how to allocate states using the 4 Strength/2 Quickness/1 Vitality stat allocation I found in one of the guides. Higher Strength translates directly to Hits Harder which I should have realized from the beginning. A huge Thank You for everyone's advice and the combat guides that were linked! What would be nice is if you could include familiars in combat. Can you imagine how awesome that would be?? In other news, I exalted two dragons and have plans on exalting the next several dragons until I can get enough money to afford the Great Geneing to Make My Dragons Shiny Project. The first two I exalted I brought up to level four. I might go as high as five or six for the next three to see if there's a difference in amount.
There is! The higher levelled the dragon, the more money you get from exalting them. There's also bonus payouts that change daily-colour, gene, and breed. For example today if you exalted a guardian dragon, you'd get an extra 1250t on top of the normal exalt payout.
Iirc the most efficient level/time:treasure payout by Ice's dom measurements was around level 6 or 7, but if you don't mind taking more time higher levels do have higher payouts
http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/gde/746775#post_746775 a table of exalt payouts, they figured out the formula it also seems like level 8+ dragons have a higher chance of giving you a gem or two when you exalt them!
Four crowned bonepriests. FOUR CROWNED BONEPRIESTS. THAT IS TOO MANY BONEPRIESTS. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY BONEPRIESTS. (I'm in the Sandswept Delta area for my level nines and I am here to say FOUR IS TOO MANY BONEPRIESTS.) We should get to use familiars in combat. I'm just saying. I need minions to wear all these damned bonepriests and serthis down.
That is indeed too many bonepriests. You can refresh the coli to get out of a match without any penalty so long as you do it on your turn, it's weird. What battlestones do your dragons have?
Clobber, Dark Bolt, Defend, (They came with Scratch and Shred.) These are not the Recommended Stones from the one guide I read about grinding. I was given a few of the Recommended Stones but they can't be used until the dragons are high enough level. :\
Dark Bolt runs off Int-if it's on a high Strength dragon, replace it with the corresponding elemental Slash if possible. You can sometimes get Ambush from Pinkerton's Plundered Pile, and Eliminate is a rare coli drop from only some enemies (link has a list). If I get an eliminate or ambush I'll send them to you.
I've amassed a big old mess of Ambushes and Berserkers that im happy to share a couple of if you need them owob no extra eliminates though
It does not seem possible to remove battle stones... :\ What do you mean by "runs off of Int" I thought the battle stones were powered by how much breath the dragon had?
Does anyone want a "Rambra" skin for a male mirror? Or a Labradorescence skin for a Nocturne female? (That is if I can figure out how to send them.) I also have a "Leaf Bolt."
You can overwrite stones you've already placed, you just lose the first one. Int will bump the damage the elemental bolts do, Strength boosts physical damage.
Basically: the various elemental bolts have their damage determined by Int (and the element of the enemy and bolt), while the various elemental slashes have their damage determined by Strength (and the element of the enemy and slash).
@OtherCat Sure, I can float you a couple :3 what's your UN? can't be assed to go back through the thread
Well, so far I have nine berserkers and 3 Ambushes. I Could use more "slash" stones for shadow and poison? And regenerates/healing stones. And something that makes more breath. Is there a section in the guides that tells you what stat each type of stone needs?
Regenerates are Int stones, put *one* on your mage-mages should have Meditate as it gens a lot of Breath. Use Scratch a lot because it gens breath. Only a little, but once you get an Eliminate this isn't really an issue as Eliminate refunds all the Breath it took if the enemy is defeated. Like, if you hit an enemy with Eliminate and that attack kills them, Eliminate takes no breath to cast.
