Flight Rising/that dragon game

I dressed up three dragons that had been sitting clotheless in my lair and hibernal den for like, three years, and they look gooooood

 

If anybody's interested in renting out their nests for pocket change, the rental hub I host for is looking for new nesters! I don't think Plague, Arcane, or Shadow hosts would be turned away, but we're mostly on the hunt for people in the other eight flights right now.

 

OK require feedback re: geneing my obelisk girl, which I had been putting off because I wanted gem genes and was trying to save up/auction off for em, but finally just dropped some IRL dollars on FR cause fuck it.

I think I’ll be going Filigree on the tert, but I’m not totally sold on it yet.

 

I think bee works better, looks a bit cleaner to me

 

I really like Bee, especially if you stick with filigree - makes me think of stained glass.

But I think I've heard that Star/Con is glitched on Obelisks - it looks a bit foggy/unclear compared to other breeds. So whenever they get around to fixing that, it may look different, just fyi!

Well that was intense dominance battle between Earth and Water, haven't seen the fodder floor so high in a while

 

With RoR coming up I hope they release plague ancient soon...

 

I'd be content with a plague-themed venue at last :P they've waited long enough, staff

 

I don't know if you guys have been keeping up with the Plague/RoR accent/skin drama going on, but it is very present on tumblr and just. Ooof.

 

Also, do you ever go through your lair and go:
*chef kiss* "This dragon is exquisite, beautiful, I have the best taste, nobody can beat me"
Because sometimes when I feel down I do that and just. Pretty dragons make me happy

Admins put out a forum post "clarifying" their arcane judgement of plague- and gore/horror-themed skins (which is just the same info that's been publically available since 2014... it's their judgement that varies, not the rule) and have spent the days since then locking any and all discussion threads about it, even polite ones. because this is fr and talking about rules is against the rules .-.

 

Ah so same bullshit as every year because fr staff made plague a thing, and now they gotta sit in the wyrmwound and deal with it and tgey hate it

Yeah, Loq got it all in one. The usual merry go round, the usual arguments, the usual refusal of staff to let us even talk about it on the site
