Late as always to the avocado conversation (avoconversation? Avocadonversation? I'll workshop it) but: The cafe here I always go hide in makes a vanilla avocado smoothie with coconut milk and caramel drizzle. It's expensive but it's SO good that I've stopped batting an eye when they read the price off to me. Avocado has good smoothie texture!
Probably unpopular opinion: Sugar free baking chocolate is best chocolate. Strongly bitter and so rich it makes your mouth water
It's pretty high up there for me. I don't think it is actually my favorite. That is probably some of the rich Russian chocolate I've had or maybe spicy chocolate. But sugar free baking chocolate is some good shit. Basically chocolate's best when it's not terribly sweet. If we're just eating it as a treat. Really sweet milk chocolates are bleh for me unless they've got like peanut butter in them or something.
on the other end of things white chocolate is hella gross except when it's paired with peppermint and then it's hella good
alternatively, I will accept white chocolate paired with lemon, but yes straight white chocolate is the devil
white chocalate.... has it's place? i wouldn't call it chocolate, but it does pair well with fruits and some herbs. any chocolate below at least 70% cocoa is banned from my vicinity. We do not acknowledge weakness in this house.
Lidl did a 95% cocoa dark chocolate which was a limited edition in the UK and it was so good, especially paired with a couple of coffee beans.
White chocolate macadamia nut is v. good! I also like coffee with those flavors (I might've missed a coffee debate but yes, I do take mine with sugars and creams)
spinach is one of like....three leafy greens i can eat without getting sick so most of my salads consist primarily of it i put it in pasta a lot too, tastey
I love it as a pasta/soup ingredient Actually, scratch that, I'm pretty okay with spinach in most forms. I might be able to eat baby spinach, I should try it out again
