there's like....three sandwiches i ever eat, if we don't count hamburgers (i do mustard, cheese, onion, and pickle on burgers) -roast beef, provolone, mustard, pickle, lettuce sometimes -salami, pepperoni, mozzarella, onion, jalapeno, banana peppers -marinara, meatballs, green pepper, mozzarella
My favorite sandwich goes: mayo or avocado, crunchy bits of iceberg or romaine, mozzarella (one slice), three or four thin slice lunchmeat turkey or one slice real thanksgiving leftover turkey, and yellow mustard. Never on junky white bread if i have a choice, its too squishy for normal sandwiches. Im also fond of that dirt cheap balogna, mayo on both sides, and a heaping amount of kale on the cheapy squish white bread. Then you smash it flat.
Sammiches should be meat, cheese, and bread. No cronch, no slime :P cucumber slices are soooometimes tolerable but I usually end up picking them out to eat separately.
Oh yeah also i always end up deconstructing my sandwiches, ive tried repeatedly to eat them normally but i always pull them apart and eat each thing separately. I still gotta make them that specific way though??? Idk
My go to sandwich at the school deli is: wheat bread, toasted, with sliced beef, Swiss, and lettuce, topped with ranch. Is warm and delicious
Fuck man I will just pile that shit on when the mood strikes. Turkey, bacon, avo, tomato, spinach, cucumber, american or swiss cheese, and either mayo or ranch for a condiment, depending on what's available.
A good sandwich: Chicken or turkey Avocado Romaine Tomato Cucumber Maybe some mustard, depends on mood But I like a huge variety of sandwiches, and toppings vary.
Ideal pizza: pesto instead of red sauce, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, mushrooms, feta cheese with the regular one, possibly a meat but that's secondary. That's expensive and I don't like pizza that much so I rarely to never get it. I only like sandwiches on strongly flavored bread (so like rye or pumpernickel or sourdough). Honestly I've lost my taste for wheat products since boyfriend found out he has celiac's, except for breading on fried food. (and that I can make gluten free at home so whatever.) The one exception to this is a pimento cheese sandwich - has to be on cheap white bread and grilled for the ideal.
I like ranch on sandwiches and usually just get regular cheese pizza but my favorite kind of pizza is deep dish pizza with pesto and chunky tomato sauce, it's awesome
Update- tried it with fresh strawberries! It was very good but awkward to eat with correct proportions of strawberry/brie/cracker.
Brie is not the kind of cheese most people think of when they think of cheese. It's a soft cheese, and kind of... idk how to describe it, maybe nutty? Very earthy kind of flavor. That said, I can also definitely recommend several fruits for cottage cheese too! My favs are bananas and pineapple.
