Goofus is banned from Goodwill. EDIT: Whoops, ninja'd! Goofus' antics are single-handedly responsible for the closure of several local businesses. Gallant always tries to be there for his friends.
Goofus demands that his friends support him through every emotional crisis he has, but never has time for them when they're going through a rough patch. Gallant doesn't comment on his friends' diets or food restrictions, and tries to avoid making his friends have to choose between going hungry or eating something they've told him isn't on the menu for them.
Goofus is vegan and doesn't let his friends eat meat in front of him. Gallant not only tags his spoilers, he waits a full day before posting about the newest episode of anything on social media
For movies, Goofus stands in the theater lobby telling every person he sees the ending of the movie that they're going to see. He specifically sets up in a narrow corridor and does not let anyone pass without them having heard him. Gallant provides ample enrichment for his pets and pays plenty of attention to them.

Goofus dresses for the job he wants, not the one he's interviewing for. Unfortunately for the interviewers, it's a coinflip between whether Goofus shows up in full fursuit or in full steampunk cosplay. Gallant tries to make sure everyone in the dnd group is having fun, and that no one's uncomfortable with what's happening.
Goofus has weighted dice, tries to give his characters gamebreaking abilities/items, and does his best to railroad everything including other characters roleplaying. Dude also eats all the snacks and never shares Gallant schedules his shopping so he arrives at the store with plenty of time before they close
Goofus always, without fail, arrives at the grocery store five minutes before closing with a lot of stuff to get, and then proceeds to pay entirely in change. Gallant goes to rock shows with his friends and has a good time enjoying both the music and the company.
Goofus likes country music. Spoiler If this is entirely inappropriate let me know and I'll change it, it's just fun to jokingly hate on country. Gallant practices his instruments in designated practice rooms.
Goofus practices the bagpipes at 3 AM. Outside. Usually outside Gallant’s house (Also, my addendum: Goofus may like country, but only the hyper-conservative bullshit kind. Goofus boycotted the Dixie Chicks.) Gallant performs his civic duty by voting in every election.
Goofus ate his homework. And his siblings’ homework. Gallant sincerely congratulates his friends when they accomplish things or have good things happen to them.
Goofus gets upset when good things happen to his friends and yells at them and tells them why he deserved that thing and they didn't (even if he never had a shot in hell of getting it, like an art award for a contest he never entered). Gallant is very careful about not letting light into the school darkroom when he opens the door, lest he spoil someone else's art. Spoiler Gallant also goes to the alternative high school I was in for sophomore and junior year, apparently.
Goofus always leaves the darkroom door open, and then claims he didn't know when people call him out on it, even though it's already happened at least five times in the first week of school alone. Gallant tries not to offend with his humor, and apologizes and changes his behavior when he accidentally crosses a line.
Goofus makes a game of how offensive he can be with his humour and is proud of his racist, sexist, homophobic jokes. He gets offended when people call him on it, and demands to know why they can't just take a joke. Gallant makes sure to clean up after himself when he uses the makerspace and books himself on the schedule so that he won't be interrupting classes or taking up space other people need.
Goofus camps out in the makerspace at all hours and in fact just sits with his mouth open under the 3d printer so he can just directly eat someone elses project Gallant respects other people's space on public transit
Goofus lies across the aisle and refuses to get up. Goofus is not allowed to use the local bus system anymore. Gallant drinks responsively, and never drives if he’s even a little buzzed.
