Today I attempted to rescue a bluejay from a neighbourhood cat. I'm pretty impressed by the murderous little beastie; a bluejay is pretty big.

(No idea, alas, if the bluejay made it, but the cat went running and the bird was flapping like anything when I last saw it)

A quarter of the way through that video my Penny would have left in sheer disgust over the fact that she (apparently) wasnt getting any despite looking cute.

(She also would have come back for the dry food later.)
