Sorry no pic but I met a sweet adoptable tuxedo boy with a little white mustache and about a four-inch tail yesterday on my kitty litter run. His name was Sherlock and he let me give him many ear scritches through the sniff-and-scritch holes in his enclosure. Sadly he didn't quite sit with the other end close enough to the scritch holes for me to play with his tail. I am so weak vs. wee stubby tails.

But hey, not only did I get to pet a sweet cat, I got to take Other Cat Smells home to my cats.

(my cats came from a very large stray colony--I hesitate to call them feral because most of them were pretty friendly to people--so they were used to having lots and lots of other cats around to cuddle and play with. Now it's just the two of them and they love it when I come home with strange cat smells on my hands, it's like I've brought them a penpal letter from a new friend)

My favorite part of cat videos besides the cats is the quiet noises of humans trying not to laugh too loud and startle the cats.
