General CAT-ter (The Beanery)

So I just adopted three cats and I'll be picking them up on Monday. Even though it was my idea and I very much want cats, I am seriously low-key terrified...

 

I think that's completely understandable. I would be too, I'm pretty sure. Is there anything we could help with?

I hope the terror goes away, or at least lessens, and that the whole process goes smoothly and well! Those are three very striking kitties.

I see Pirate in this thread a lot, but do you know of Trash Bag the cat? Dr Ferox has put up a Christmas tree for the first time since getting him.

 

I did not know of Trash Bag but what a slinky boy!

 

He was named Trash Bag as a temporary name so that she didn't get too attached to him. It didn't work.

 

I have a friend whose dog is named Orphan, short for The Dirty Rotten Stupid Stinky Smelly Ugly Awful Orphan, because they were only supposed to foster her for a week and didn't want to get attached. That was four years ago now and Orphan is the single most spoilt dog I've ever met.
