    My cat was very affectionate this morning, he came over while I was lying on the couch and sniffed me and rubbed his head against my hair. He's such a good boy.

    family was watching tv last night, me and kidlet on the ends of the couch and seebs in the middle. kiddo had hermes on his lap, devi came to jump up on mine. quoth he: "we have the wrong cats!" my reply: "there are no wrong cats. only wrong laps."

    today: went to the pet store with my dad to buy cat food, and they had three black kittens in an enclosure!!! (older kittens, so they were quite big) two of them were snuggling together in the bed, and the third one sniffed and then rubbed my finger <3 they were all absolutely adorable. I died from the cuteness

    So I'm discovering that naming the neighborhood cat colony after cartoon characters is making for an interesting dynamic that reads like a crackfic out of context.

    For example. At the moment Gladion is the top cat he's the leader of the group but has taken an interest in Shiro. (Which was a surprise to walk out and catch them let me tell you.) Hunk and Lotor spend most of their time together. Probably because they are the two that are the most skittish around humans. All while Misty(Her name is actually Mystery but shortened it sounds like I'm talking about the pokemon Misty.) is pregnant again.

    Don't even get me started on the family tree that I can't really tell most of the time because I don't know which tom is the father and there are a lot of random toms that will appear one day and then never be seen again.
