A glimpse of the most secret beans.

(I have wanted to take a picture of the little black beans for weeks now, and this is the first time she's exposed them long enough to be photographed)

 

I have just had an exciting kitty training milestone!

We've been harness training one of our cats, Miko. Our big reinforcer for her letting us put the harness on her was going outside, because she dearly loves the outside (even if she can't really be trusted out there.)

So about once a day, I'd go over to her and put the harness on. But I'd always have to go to her, and she'd grumble a bit about having a harness on until the door was opened and she saw The Outside.

Yesterday, she saw me pick up the harness, and walked over to me to have it put on her. She officially associates the harness with outside! Likes the outside more than she dislikes the harness!
