Stage 8 is gonna take a loooong time to gather up the clothes and stuff to finish.

 

I managed to get top 10% for the last two competitions and I am wondering if it actually has something to do with how often I vote or not.

On the other hand actually pretty happy with todays entry.

I think, and I'm not positive about this so take it with a grain of salt, but I think that there's basically two ways you can crank your rankings up-- one of them is resubmitting the same outfit with minor changes over and over again, because new outfits get queue priority and more people are likely to be spam voting right at the end.

The other is voting consistently and having pretty good outfits-- I think that every time you go through and vote, it requeues your outfit for a period of time, so consistently voting is a good way to keep it constantly in the runnings.

Also that's a good outfit and you should be proud of it.

 

I had assumed changing your outfit would reset your ranking. This is very interesting news to me.

My tomboy outfit had been okay but looked very much like what other people did but I was still doing well. In the end I was voting a lot For Science and gems, mostly gems. Realised I would not be able to the no voting side of the science cause I like my freebies too much.

 

Changing your outfit does reset your ranking, at least it did for me.

My entry is less literal legend and more urban legend, in that she looks like a future wasteland robot with a grudge.

 

It does, but the risk-reward can be worth it. If I'm holding at below 50%, I usually start resetting my outfit every couple hours intil I get the point surge I'm looking for.

 

I basically just prettified Whisper for this one but I still like it
