Depending on your fic preferences, Asuka Kureru's Jaeger x Townie OTP series and its various AUs are pretty fun. The original series doesn't focus too much on the rest of the jaegers (just the one in the title :P) but there's an AU of an AU with much more jaeger shenanigans. Atmospheric Electricity is a series of one-shots centering around the 'main crew' of Jaegers in that AU.
Veli is the fucking best. Running across one of the ficlets on asuka's tumblr was what kicked off my current jager-fixation. His mix of genuinely being a gentleman about how he handles Sorin and also being a big shameless perv (and kind of a secret sap) is so much fun. And the heterodyne au where he wants to kiss Sorin just as bad but ~can't~ because ~duty~ is absolutely delicious. Maxim is a goddamned pinup, he should sell calanders of him in just the hat and those boots. Oggie is a /family man/, and i defy anyone to not dig on a guy who is crazy enough about gleeful carnage to take the jagerbrau and also likes kids. I have no idea why dimo is as compelling as he is but he might be my favorite of the three. He's smart and ruthless and supremely duty-bound and he hits my loyalty kink buttons ridiculously hard. Gkika would wreck me and I would say "thank you ma'am" when she was done. O.O Dat EVERYTHING. Unf. Vole is an evil psycho jerk but man is he a hot one, 10/10 would watch him get smacked around by gil 100 more times please and thank you. Or maybe a gangbang reassimilation by the less-evil jagers, that would also be acceptable. The two hat-loss-strategy jagers are practically a moirallegiance porno of their own in canon, idek how that could be better the one paps the others face and everything. I need to look up azzandra's fic, tyvm!
