that one scene in the abbey/management training center? you know the one. they didn’t have to put it in! they didn’t have to add that dialogue that way! but they did!! as a gift to us!!!
Spoiler: that last part with A+C that wasn't in the book those two are really good at playing each other, aren't they? Aziraphale couldn't act cool like that as himself if his life depended on it, but pretending to be Crowley came naturally it seems. And the reverse is also true! Crowley got Aziraphale's awkward propriety perfectly even if he kind of broke character at the end to freak the angels out lol. it's cute!!!!
Can anyone who's read The Walls, the Wainscot, and the Mouse 'Verse (that one famous series by irisbleufic you know) tell me if Crowley ever does anything? The writing is lovely and all, but I'm at chapter 15 and so far it's all been Aziraphale protecting and comforting him and none of the reverse. He hasn't exactly been woobified, but he's not quite the same guy who'd sink a duck or bring down phone networks for fun. The unevenness of the relationship is starting to bore me a bit, does it ever pick up?
So Aziraphale changes his outfit about once every 50 years, and he's been wearing the same thing since 1940. That means he should be due for a new look pretty soon. And I think his outfits are at least somewhat in-style when he picks them. So what ridiculous thing is Aziraphale going to spend the next half-to-three-quarters century wearing?
Man idk much about fashion but maybe I'll think on it cause clothes are fun and Aziraphale is a proper fool ((fun hc they go clothes shopping together.... Crowley hassles him about Current Fashion and Aziraphale just gets his own thing they just wanna hang out)) But the actual reason im here is someone made a meme format from the show and im stealing it to show y'all Spoiler
Hrgh i rewatched the last episode again and burst into tears at the very end hrgh I'm rly so overwhelmed
3 eps in! Spoiler ep 3’s cold open was great, ending with “you go too fast for me, crowley” — absolutely phenomenal.
