Newt totally-not-bitterly says he was up for the title last time, but missed his shot. He's not bitter. He wouldn't turn anyone down if they wanted him as a coach, but he's not going to seek it out. We make it back safely and head to sleep. We have a dream about the 'men on the money' circling us an yelling, pointing fingers. It sucks, an then we woke up. I don't have screenshots for that because my hand spasmed an I multiclicked.
We slept in super late. Meg left us her phone number and a map of the school. We go to get food. There's only one person in the dining room.

We struggle to remember his name, and then consider asking to sit with him.

We exchange a couple more lines of very stilted dialogue, and then Ben gathers up his stuff and says he needs to go study for his physiology exam, and I'm reminded that everyone in this is supposed to be under 25, while also not, and my brain hurts. He says we should sit together again sometime, and we can practice our conversation skills.

He left a textbook behind, but was already gone by the time America noticed. She's going to hold onto it for the next time we run into him.

 

We start ambling around the grounds with the map Meg gave us, trying to locate all the places we'll need for class tomorrow. There is much musing about how pretty the area is.

It seems this is the sort of demo where you can get to a major event with just about everyone from what I've seen poking around, as in, it's like 10-30% pf an actual game, not .5%. May well be wrong.
