hello i am reviving this thread because i was reminded of this fic and guyssss it's so good it's a brilliantly atmospheric, something wicked this way comes-referencing circus performer AU and the images, guys, the density of clever little references in the narration, the way it pulls you into the circus' world!! please read it and tell me your thoughts.
@blue so I finally finished reading this fic and I just Holy shit It's so atmospheric and captivating and beautifully ominous, I don't often enjoy AU fic but this is honestly the best characterization I've seen in any Hannibal fic :D
