I'M EXCITED FOR THE NEXT DAY THAT I PLAY THROUGH. I regained my two days I lost due to an error, and saved safely. System is recharging and I'm working on my comic stuff like I have to, with the game being my reward later.

I FINALLY GET MY MAGICAL GIRL OUTFIT IN THE NEXT EVENING IN GAME. My rabbit finally coughed up another + level fluff.

    Help, I've harvest-mooned and i can't get up!

haha, but seriously, yeh <3 i got a wii ((alllll secondhand parts because poor college student mostly working off of amazon gift cards)) and i have been revisiting Animal Parade! Going slower through the storyline this time than i normally do, focusing more on upgrading my farm and tools (especially watering can, as i make most of my money from farming) and so on. In the wee, wee early stages of wooing Julius, who is an absolute doll (and giving Mira flowers too because she is a sweetie), and making mad cash off of flowers.

chopped down the cherry trees the farm plot came with early in the first spring, as i am focusing on quantity, well-fertilized fields, and FLOWERS. Flowers make mama rich, they do. going to slowly buy the other farm plots, but i want to upgrade the barn first so i can buy a yarn maker and dye pot and fill my barn up with sheep. with the sheep milk, i plan to make cheese. i am going for a more 'rp' style this time, which i normally only follow rather vaguely, but this time my little char has more of a personality of her own, which is fun!

currently only the 15th of the first summer, but i have the red bell, almost the yellow bell, and a silver watering can. upgrading ax to copper next time i play, and i don't have any further plans just yet for tool upgrades. also have lots of shiny jewelry ((well, all of the very first white and yellow ones you can get, working on the silver set. and of course my darling sakura shell set. i am not a fan of glass. perhaps when i have children.) since the char is quite fashion conscious! as well as rather materialistic and selfish, though that has already been worked on...i sense a bit more character development in coming years, however!

    anyhow, enjoying myself thus far.

((i also have a peridot, three opals, three diamonds, and two topaz waiting for the accessory shop to upgrade. i have 23 red wonderful that i am leaving be, i don't like to refine until i have at least fifty! may change that 'rule' of mine for gold and rare ore though....i only have nine of the first and four or six of the latter. not too bad for so early, i do think. been mining when i can. which is more than usual. i used to swear by egg salad for quick cash, but flowers do just fine and require MUCH less grinding! as long as you have a decent watering can, that is...))

i can go on about this game for quite a bit, can't I? XD

"Our children are so cute, aren't they? Look, even their nails are so teeny-tiny eensy-weensy cutie-patootie... ....Why are you laughing?! This is a natural reaction for a father to have! Purely, completely natural!"

Whatever you gotta tell yourself, Nadi. Whatever you gotta tell yourself.

"Wow, I REALLY want the fucking rice paddy and it's finally coming up. I'm gonna hoard pottery and stuff so I can unload them and secure it this time."

:Saves 120 of the big pots, 120 bowls, and a lot of cheaply made cabbage rolls:

    Elise: 185,571
    Giorgio: 163,204

    .... Yeah I think I got it.

I think I might have to start selling some of my hoard, because my fridge is out of space. my storage box is out of space. my bag keeps running out of space. I think I am going to turn some of my hoarded crops into seeds, and the rest into food, and then sell that food. :(

but I am still hoarding golden and silver linen cloth, so I can totally dominate the conquest for the rice paddy in... roughly 1 season.

I'm seriously considering letting my conquest fields go the next time my lease is up (except the mushroom/honey field) all the villagers are mad because I havn't talked to them outside of festivals, because I spend all day running around these fields, and these crops build up in my storage fast. Though I think I may keep the tall crop field too to grow flax seed in, but basically switch my farm over to a small patch of seasonal vegetables + chilli peppers (for the sake of contests/ship requests/recipes, no more than a 5x5 plot) some trees I already planted, mushroom/honey field and the paddy because otherwise I wouldn't be able to get those crops and products and then basically make my money off of animal products and textiles. This would basically cut the amount of work my farmgirl has to do in 1/2, so MAYBE she can start having a social life and storage space again :P

I'm counting down the days to getting the 10th field. Giorgio is gonna cough the damn orchard up, so help me god.

I've lucked out and had everyones relationships skyrocket thanks to a few cutscenes and participating in events, and talking to them after. A little behind on a few, but everyone's happy.

I also feel dumb because I forgot multiplayer gives you wands and every wand wave raises the quality of your crops, but only works on crops located on your farm because thats the only place you can go to on multiplayer.

Yeah I talk to the villagers after every festival and I thought they were ok, their fp seems high enough, but then if I just go into town one day and talk to them, they get all pouty like I havn't talked to them in forever, maybe there is just a big enough gap in festivals?

I don't need a ton of money anyways, I already have my marriage tier house, which traditionally takes me YEARS in game so that makes me super happy as it is, and I just want another barn with some alapcas and other fluffy animals and in this game that shouldn't cost too much (or. I don't have to be a millionaire at least) and I have plenty of time to save up money for the wedding since Raeger is still at a purple flower and I almost wanna trigger a reverse proposal which will take even longer because I don't even have the recipe for the sea urchin bowl let alone 30 sea urchins, plus it'll take me awhile to get the two-story house. (even then, I am tempted to decorate my two story house as a log cabin)

god, I'm so glad that I decided not to wait for the reverse proposal for Nadi. You can only get the recipe for the green drink from traveling salesmen and they've got a 20 day gap and no certainty when it'll be offered. You can't buy it. You can only complete trade requests for them otherwise and it is such a huge pain in he dick.

Still waiting for the babs to start crawling so I can interact with them at all. So far they're grouchy little bundles on the bed upstairs that I can just look at.

Yeah, I say "almost" because in reality I can only wait so long before baby fever settles in. I was practically tearing my hair out when it took me 5 years to marry in more friends of mineral town. But I'd still like to have the 2 story house before I marry. I was thinking the simple ceremony would be fine, but then I read the perks of the different tiers and decided I want the most expensive one because I want the whole town to be there are you kidding me.

I tried to plan but everything was hiccupped thanks to forgetting i needed the other house upgrade first. Thus the span of Barren Uterus before the little anklebiters were born. I'm thankful that at least since their birthdays I can kinda do the math now. o_o; But good lord my brain sucks for planning these things. They're nicely spaced out though, so I guess it worked out.

Rager has a summer birthday, and I have a summer birthday, so I think a summer birthday for the kids would be too many summer birthdays. I was thinking a spring birthday might be cute. Since Fall already has a ton of NPC birthdays, I was also thinking about the beginning of winter. However if I wanted to do the most expensive ceremony and invite the entire town, plus 15 days after marriage and 30 days of pregnancy means a summer wedding, and there is already a lot of summer events going on. So Spring babies it is.

So if I go for spring babies, and want them to be born early in the spring (since mid-late spring is when festivals start picking up) I'd have late-fall wedding, which would be pretty nice since fall is my fav season on this game.
