hey all! im leech, i got turned on here from some friends and i thought i might do a bit of poking around! i dont do a lot of socializing online but this seems like a pretty nice place to do it!

i love leeches! wasps, mosquitos, and leeches are my trifecta of favorite animals but leeches are my number one!
MORE SUPERIOR OPINIONS. I live in mosquito hell so it's hard for me to appreciate them in the moment, but they're gorgeous insects I adore wasps of all flavors.
wasps are so great! theyre pretty and some of them are really good parents which is kinda rare for bugs! also look at this big lady! Spoiler: beautiful wasp that can do no wrong
If you want, a spoiler with "wasp" as the title should be enough, but afaik it shouldn't be a problem? I tend to play things safe though, and spoiler images in general.
gotcha! but yeah wasps are great! my other favorite things are slime molds, mushrooms, and nudibranchs, btw

My favorite Wasp Fact is that there are wasps that are wholly dependent on fig trees and spend most of their lives inside the figs, only flying once, to another fig tree to lay their eggs in a fig and die, and then there are more wasps that are obligate parasites on these fig wasps, and that there are more species of these fig-wasp-parasite wasps than there are species of bird.
ahhh welcome, fellow invertebrate fan! i think beetles and bees and wasps are some of the cutest animals and it always makes me happy when other people like them too. ^_^
