Guy Fieri is....kind of an eternal meme, isn't he? so y'know, saying 'haha yeah he's like this evil overlord', okay, sure, amusing. extremely far-fetched, also. making a character who is genuinely realistically terrible based on a person who is widely regarded as being gross in the same way feels a little different. esp given that like--the character here comes across as sorta. fetishizing of lowblood girls, especially olives, it seems, and calls himself a 'gutterblood ally' which really doesn't seem like a way to be a lowblood ally. calling them gutterbloods doesn't seem like a good acceptable thing, it seems like a thing a highblood would call a lowblood to insult them. which is. not at all far-fetched for 'people being terrible'.

so two things first, Konyyl and Azdaja: some people have pointed out the backgrounds of their cards are blurred--they're basically on a single card with a gradient in the middle, instead of two separate cards like everyone else (eta: everyone else except the twins). I have no idea what this means. I know what I want it to mean, though, and what I want it to mean is that they are moirail partners in crime rebellion! second: the comic this person made has perfectly summed up how I picture Zebruh's character, although I object to the idea that Konyyl would have taste THAT bad.
Spoiler: Trollcall Spoilers The new purpleblood mystery raveclown looks vaguely similar to a Team Skull grunt, and that instantly endears them to me. I also love the way their sign looks like a person shrugging.
This is bullshit. Spoiler So in levels of mystery in the troll call, we’ve had one troll released without a full name (Elwurd), two without their signs (Ardata, Marvus), and now one without a name or proper description at all. What’s next, are they just not gonna release one of the last two?

Yeah I think it might be the latter, or like relating to earlier troll gender discussion with trolls basing their gender on their lusii's sex rather than their own (and possibly both, if jades all have female lusii for Reasons)
Wasn't that jossed by the fact that they have a concept of there being separate genders? Their mammals are confirmed hermaphroditic by Kanaya, but if all trolls were anatomically the same, wouldn't they just end up with a concept of Trolls Who Do This Thing Humans Associate With Women and Trolls Who Do This Thing Humans Associate With Men, but all of them are just trolls? If they don't have any anatomical distinction I don't see why they'd make a conceptual one.
eh, I don't think so. you can have separate genders without necessarily separate body types. on the other hand, I personally like the idea that there are MULTIPLE genitalia setups but way more than just 2, and certain ones are associated with particular genders, and if you identify as a different gender than the Associated Set you are trans. that said jadebloods are noted as predominantly female from what I recall, not all female, which would mean there are male jadebloods. it is possible literally all of them are trans. it seems mildly unlikely, though.
Where was it confirmed the mammals were hermaphroditic? I'm not remembering that. I think something was said semi-Word of God about Aurthour's species but not a blanket statement.
