Honest truth? I never really studied, even into my graduate schooling. Just through reading and class lectures I was able to remember everything. If the rereading the textbook doesn't help you could be in the same boat. But I do find that writing a summary/notes sheet can help with retention or doing a concept map that connects all the different parts together. Or go through the text and actually make a exam. You don't have to answer it when you're done but lots of times trying to frame the questions can help you figure out areas you're weak on, etc.
thread necromancy but I was thinking about my college experience (TM) and how much I goofed myself over about academia and then I found this thread y'all, during this thread, I was interning part time AND doing a 21 credit semester, and NOT in a good place mentally, so I want to thank everyone who got in on this thread for helping me get over this Last Bump and Graduate y'all are the real MVPs
