I'd assume there was some sort of rumor or something going around mocking McD's for, like, allegedly using heavily-processed eggs out of a carton like when you buy a thing of egg whites at the grocery store. Which, yeah, they don't do- I used to know someone who worked at McDonald's for years, and she she had so much practice that she could crack two eggs one-handed at once.

i was looking up recipes for hollandaise sauce, and






eta: so i made it, and inconsistencies aside, that recipe actually turned out some PERFECT hollandaise! a way easier technique than the double boiler method, which is the only way i'd ever made it before.
