I do like games with puzzle difficulty levels. But yeah I think a hint about taking notes if the player should be taking them makes a world of difference >u< Also, timed events and puzzles, bad together. Just a thought
just letting y'all know that I'm finally playing oxenfree! I haven't even finished one playthrough yet lmao but here are some impressions Spoiler auuuuugh walking is so slow clarissa is going to turn out to be super sympathetic. at least that's how I'd do it. also I wonder if it's possible to be fast enough to stop her jumping? my reflexes, they are terrible. game, I see you setting me up for a Dramatic Choice Between Two Men. fuck you I'm taking Nona. 'no-one's happy with this' well I AM JONAS. HOW ABOUT THAT.
Spoiler either way clarissa jumps, theres no way to stop that. ive been right behind her and interrupted her speech and she still jumped. i never took ren to town during that bit. im curious as to how thatd turn out.
Spoiler: re: above okay phew. I thought maybe if I was fast enough to de-ghost her I could've stopped it, but yeah. Now I can relax. As much as I loved taking Nona, I will attempt Ren this time and report back! Time for the asshole playthrough Also I finally understand your avatar, @MayaaFeys eta: @Mercury Spoiler duuuude I totally just saw your reflection talking to me. That was freaky and cool.
Ahh that's so neat! :D I was wondering if anyone I knew would get one. I hope you didn't get one of the mes that gave bad advice XD
I'm not a horror fan but i had to take breaks from watching this playthrough of a short, free sort-of-text-adventure game called The House Abandon. Basically, you're playing a character, in first-person perspective, who is at a desk playing a text adventure game. The parser is kind of shitty but the atmosphere is spoopy. The sound design is gr8, will not play/watch again because i'm a wimp. The game itself: link the playthru by Supergreatfriend: Spoiler: video with commentary
