HE'S NOT EVEN OUR CAT. He's a friendly stray that SHOULD be hanging around outside. But he likes to hang out in our ceiling and be cute at us. I closed the door he was originally getting upstairs through, but apparently he's found another way into the building. One day I heard him meowing in the ceiling and I yelled "GO OUTSIDE, YOU WEIRD LITTLE ANIMAL" at him... unaware that there was a customer up front. FML.
