@Vivec I felt the same way, it def kept me reading even when I was like ARGH NO @chaoticArbiter I can totally see that, there's a few chapters where my interest wavered but the more recent ones pulled it right back in, and I'm more invested than ever now. I support spite reading totally tho ~ edit: Also I Found the pay site and the link to that person going thru the translations and put them in the OP for anyone interested
spite reading, yes eta: im trying not to get emotionally invested though because then it just makes me really sad, which takes out a lot of the enjoyment of it? which an issue of mine wrt the horror genre in general, i get too invested and then it just makes me sad instead of suspenseful/exciting/etc
I'm kind of the most excited for the thirteenth chapter tbh; I can't wait to see what'll happen there. not gonna spoiler for people who aren't there yet, but the end of the twelfth chapter actually piqued my interest. but even if it doesn't turn out exciting, I'm still going to spite read. spite reading is best reading.

Could Yoon Bum have taken it instead of Sang Woo? I assumed at first it was Sang Woo, but could Yoon Bum have grabbed it while Sang Woo was busy with the detective.

Spoiler oh yeah i wouldnt be surprised at all - but at the same time i think Sangwoo would have to be desperate to do that because he is a police officer and despite how the others seem to hate him i can't imagine them... not noticing if he just went missing? at least one person would notice and it would trickle down from there. also yeah im curious as to where that knife went, and where was yoonbum even hiding during that whole thing?? at first i thought the closet then i thought the cops trunk but then he was still in the house so where was he? under the sink or something? if we was under the sink im curious to know if he like... sabotaged a pipe or something so that it bursts and the house floods or something?? that'd be cool, though i somehow doubt he would or did do that - we seem a long way off from his second escape attempt

Although it is implied he's not liked at all, and his father is dead so maybe he lives alone/has no other family and the cops would just think he quit the force or something? Either way, I think you're right in that it won't happen like that. And Bum was hiding in the cabinet under the sink (I think?) you can see one of the doors open in one of the panels where he appeared
