I've moved posts from a few other people than the topic creator. I think it'd be a lot more reality fuckery-ing to just leave mysterious posts that seem to be responding to nonexistent topics sitting in a thread while everything it pertained to vanishes. If it's got to do with a topic you want moved and isn't Vent-y I say mark it. ETA: If people take umbrage with this I will absolutely rethink my stance, but it's just the assumption I've been operating on.
Blanket permission for my posts in anyone’s threads to be moved as needed—I’m more than okay with my posting being held to whatever standards the thread OP deems necessary.
same for me! tbh wrt reality issues, it's wayyyyy more important for my posts to still exist in the context they were posted in than the specific location for me
Yeah same here Which also reminds me that there are now a number of 'orphan' posts in my thread still so I may have to make a second report-post to get those moved woops
@Xavius you speed demon. you are the speediest. i saw some to-move reports and was like "ok gonna eat and take my meds and then get on those" and when i got back you were already handling it. hats off.
Can the Bijou have a label like the Vent do? They're still "certain people don't come in here" as far as I can tell.
The purpose of the vent label serves as more of a catch-all content warning. Making your own post within your thread if you want to limit participation is a more effective way to communicate.
