This one replaced the rumor about Starkhaven mages being transported here, sooo.

Sketchy magistrate wants us to capture a criminal in a cave full of mystery monsters.

I guess all of these are outside of the city.

I don't think this is a followup to anything in particular? Just general Merrill-socializing. ..That is, socializing with Merrill, although I guess, like the skittish half-feral kittens that frequently come through my house, she might benefit from socializing. :P

We do have time. Also hint: Act of Mercy is a quest that can yield Fenris approval without being TOO harsh on mages

 

A distressing amount of his approval changes come from Hawke being a dick to mages!
