Quests quests quests. We've got, in order:

• a rumor that can't be acted on yet
• main quest, which we have enough money for but should keep putting off til we do everything else
• beating up some tal-vashoth for that sketchy dwarf guy who wants to curry favor with the qunari
• we got a mysterious note about how if we don't come to this place lives will be lost (we shouldn't bring Fenris on this quest, which might give you a clue about the nature of the quest)
• go talk to the seneschal about a missing person, there was a poster about it
• isabela's friend martin has a job for us
• final reagent is ironbark, which we have to go talk to the dalish to get

Edit: Also we should take Merrill on Isabela's quest, cuz there's an excellent bit of dialog you can get.
