Dang, Merrill, you shut Anders DOWN. (Seriously, why was he trying to humansplain that to her in the first place?)
the moment i first heard that banter i started the movement "Let Merril Say Fuck" cause, really. did she fucking ask you, anders?
>What was her problem? >Investigate >Tell me about the Winters. I have to take a second to point out that that is the least intuitive way to spell Saemus-pronounced-Shamus I've ever seen. same tho >Why was Saemus taken?
>Appeal to the Arishok. Yeah, he's not super helpful. >Why not send the city guard? (Sparrow is gesturing to the guard quarters.) >I will bring Saemus back. (I assumed you guys would pick the option where we actually do the quest. :P) Well, onwards then!
A high Tal-Vashoth index on the Wounded Coast today. People who have allergies to getting stabbed with spears had better look out. Aw, thanks, Fenris can use it to sharpen his Oversized Sword. Oh, right, these people are still here! .. We should talk to them at some point Wow, that tangle of passages up ahead sure looks safe and not like it could be used as an ambush site. Oh, hey buddy. Maybe I can just.. go around you?? Since you're not attacking?? ... Oh, nice. Finally I trigger the cutscene... This framing is giving me the idea we're not supposed to be on her side here :P look this is a serious scene but HIS OUTFIT IS SO AWFUL WHAT IN THE HELL >_?
>Leave him alone. What a pleasant woman. (fighty music) hello friends the best playstyle for a mage is just to run into a crowd of enemies, right? :P >_?
>You're doing well. This is a nice Avengers-movie-style Badass Lineup :P (more fighty music) LAY OFF MY DOG (a few minutes pass) >Investigate >You knew the Qunari before? >Still an odd friend to have. (Hawke...)
>Investigate >Do you want to bury Ashaad? >Investigate >Your father is worried. I mean, the "viscount" definitely is a "viscount," regardless of whether he's a good "father." >Wait here while I look around.
I just gotta loot all this stuff, Saemus. ? ... ok, how did it get.. here? Didn't seem to help this guy. Spoiler: Codex - The Wounded Coast One of the few roads leading into Kirkwall passes through a dangerous area known as the Wounded Coast. The road winds close to the cliff edge that looms over waters with many a precipitous drop to the churning waves below. There's many a local legend involving travelers falling, or jumping, or having been flung from those heights. From the cliffs, the road leads through jagged hills that line the pass like sharp teeth. Bandits use these hills as cover from which to ambush caravans. There's more to fear here than bandits, of course. Once one leaves the hills, you come upon a maze of sharp canyons, the hunting grounds for many fierce creatures. It is a place of secrets dating back to the golden age of the Tevinter Imperium, where Ancient relics and statues crumble in time with the rocks. —From In Pursuit of Knowledge: The Travels of a ChantryScholar, by Brother Genitivi Sure, that's a thing it makes sense to keep in a chest. >I'll get you back to Kirkwall. (a brief transition later...) That crown doesn't look comfy. >_?
