It ended up way too sticky and I am pretty sure that was entirely my fault bc I am bad at consistency
the recipe does however have a cheat version that just uses a tortilla instead since the difference between wheat tortillas and middle eastern flat breads is kinda... negligable.......
The filling was easy, tastes extremely good and I fell in love with ground lamb all over goddamn i love it so much it's so good
Also now I feel like a very heavy ball but that is entirely authentic to the streetfood versions ime :P

Asaaranda: Would very much be open to having multiple partners as well as Blackwall having multiple partners, even ones she is not also dating, however fails to ever articulate this in all likelihood because it doesn't really occur to her that she should. She assumes Blackwall will bring it up at some point if he feels secure enough in their relationship to start inviting other people! She knows this stuff can be difficult for human men from stories she heard among the Valo-Kas since probably some of the mercs there have husbands, wives and partners that aren't kossith. So she just... waits for the conversation to start... because initiating an awkward talk like that without coming off like she is trying to pressure him into letting her sleep around is difficult and she is bad at words.

Please Have Charter And Lace Harding Return In DA4 I Am Begging

 

Actually had to look up Rector since he's the only one of Leliana's successors to not directly interact with the Inquisitor but it's fascinating actually. It's fairly clear that all three of them have different strong suits when it comes to being the Nightingale's agents so it's actually pretty smart of Leli to have them lead together?

From another glance at the Wiki:
Scout Lace Harding is quite obviously the public facing part of the Rogue Squad. She is charismatic, adorable, funny and after the end of Inq is absolutely an experienced field commander.
Charter/The Black Hart was an extremely prolific spy for hire before Leliana approached her, she has dozens of false identities and suspected Aliases and is extremely skillful at infiltration, theft and spying. She is also the one who recruited Harding so presumably the two are rather used to working together. She is also used to coordinating large scale operations, even with the other parts of the Inquisition forces given she is the commanding officer of Caer Bronach
Rector is usually found in reports for war table missions, or in result letters of the same if Leliana completes those. His strengths seem to be information gathering and coordinating, as well as paperwork, reports and organizational minutiae. War table missions he is included in or responds to seem to imply he is used to being in command positions too, but usually seems to lead small strike teams or scouting operations when he isn't making sure everyone in the Inquisition has the exact information they need to do their jobs well. Quite a few of those seem to involve assassinations which is good because that's not really covered by Charter and Harding in full as far as I can tell.

Honestly even when the inquisition is disbanded those three probably helm one of the most terrifying agent networks in all of thedas. I really want them to be important in DA4

 

also I am pretty sure most people assume Rector is either human or an elf, but my headcanon is that he's an awkward tal-vashoth who grew up in a human community and fucking. just think about him folded in at a rickety shit little desk with a toothpick chair. Wearing a pince nez and having a pretty much permanently sour expression whenever anyone meets him and is like 'oh i thought you'd be human' and rector is just like 'I get that a lot, don't make my life difficult and I won't make you regret admitting that'

Also someone on a forum pointed out that 2/3 of Leli's high ranking spies are confirmed redheads and that just makes me think rector/wilbur must be too. Something something all gingers are spies.

Also the letter his mom writes to him refers to the name being that of an uncle so maybe he's not a full kossith, and he's named after the human side of his family? :P Look i know i am grasping at straws but it would be funny as hell if he was a ginger half-kossith with like lil nub horns who's still way too tall and massive to sit at his tiny shit kindling desk

PR's extremely great takes on Tranquility reminded me that my favorite flaming tire-fire Scanner/Sam in DA-verse is a case of extraordinarily botched attempt at making a Tranquil who is still weaponizable because whichever circle he was at was a pit of toxic sludge. He basically has something not unlike Fenris' lyrium brands but he's also technically tranquil except when he's not because his connection to the fade isn't so much severed as it is blocked from his conscious access so he is sort of a revolving door for spirits and demons, except due to how the whole thing was fucked up it's never permanent, he only has his emotions and magic back while literally being ridden by a fade-denizen.
I like to think that in the DA:I playthrough of Mirrors where Theresa is the Inquisitor (she would have been his templar otherwise) He gets picked up by the Venatori who are very intrigued and probably delight in pointing him at people. Maybe if he's lucky, Calpernia takes note of him and shields him from the worst of it. Given how she feels about slaves and stuff I can't imagine her not being incensed by such an obvious case of abuse in the Southern circles and taking him under her wing. He... reacts in turns with resigned/blank acceptance and absolute fury and horrible awful comments about how she's exactly like the Slavers she despises now if she won't put him out of his misery, because it's Scanner, he's like this.
Calpernia suffers. Everyone suffers. Sam suffers quite possibly the most but he won't admit it.

thinking of using the last one as her icon, but i rly like all. The problem with the second one is that that cutscene always uses the default formal wear and Brejan was in the blue one most of the time bc her color is blue. Hm. the last one is the most dramatic but also the most spoilery one. The first one is very pretty though.

... things I didn't notice before that's interesting wrt kossith/qunari/vashoth/tal-vashoth genetics
Viddasala's tarot card depicts her with white hair, but her in game model has... brown hair? maybe ginger leaning.
Combined with bull's dark af beard-shadow, I wonder how large the portion of naturally white haired qunari actually is. And whether different hair colors have interesting cultural implications like lacking horns does? Is this part of the breeding program? Do Qunari who happen to have brown or dark or ginger hair bleach it white usually because it's seen as more in line with the image the qun projects?
But then Viddasala would probably have white hair seeing as she is an extremely high ranking member of the Ben-Hassrath. I can't imagine there wouldn't be some amount of pressure for the command positions to conform to The Image if that was enforced.
Maybe white hair is just an Antaam thing and the priesthood and the matriarchy have different hair colors making up the majority?
