Silly unfounded headcanon that has nothing to back it up: rogue godtier doesnt come with the mask, its just a personality trait that comes with the title for them to make one to " complete the feel". I could totally see nepeta and rufioh doing this too. Although i will say roxy just making a mask in crisis cause thats when she most felt like a hero works for me too
