Spoiler My favorite detail of Collide is the entire lack of presence in Aranea as a major player. It's in her personality to try and fuck with things. She attempted to in the past and failed miserably. She failed so hard that she succeeded and was relegated to languish in unimportance and being forgotten. Which I think is just a lovely end to her character arc. Seeing that upheld in the animation makes me happy.
